Why Jean Linhardt?

I have been in real estate since 1986, working as a knowledgeable, and dedicated Real Estate professional committed to making transactions go together smoothly. I am an active member of the Washington Association of Realtors and the Seattle King County Association of Realtors. On-going education is very important and I have had extensive training in finance, law, escrow, marketing, sales, and pricing/appraisal. I have earned my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation, which sets me apart from 95% of other agents. I provide my clients with service and results - the 2 most important aspects of any real estate transaction!

About me personally

I am a Seattle Native with expert knowledge of the region, neighborhoods, schools and communities - I am much more than a "Northend specialist". I participate in the Windermere Community Service Day, the Windermere Foundation, I am involved in volunteer work with Shoreline Schools and I am very active in my church and providing support for cancer patients. I married my husband in 1966 and we have three sons and two grandsons who are the love of my life.

I, Jean Linhardt, have always taken pride in my honesty and loyalty to people and family. I have always been a self starter and approach all tasks ambitiously and enthusiastically.

Philosophy

To be a full time professional real estate agent who always keeps my clients best interest in mind. To sell my clients home as quickly as possible for the most amount of money and with the least inconvenience to them. I take care of the details to make sure the transaction less stressful for my clients and customers, and communicate with them to help them understand the process. I make BUYING and SELLING FUN!!!
